Product Description
Cigarette rolling paper: A thin-sheet paper specially used for wrapping tobacco to make cigarettes. The basis weight is 25g/m2. The paper is white (82%~87% whiteness), compact, soft and delicate. It has high longitudinal tensile strength, certain air permeability and suitable burning speed. The main raw material is bleached hemp pulp, which is also mixed with some bleached wood pulp or straw pulp. There are rib marks on the paper surface (compressed by an on-machine watermark roller or an external dry pressing roller) to increase air permeability and improve appearance. High air permeability, ranging from 30 to 110 CU, filter tip paper between 3000 to 7000 CU.
Cigarette paper is divided into A, B, C categories
Class A is used for high-speed cigarette making machines with a speed of 8000 to 12000 cigarettes/min to produce high-end cigarettes.
Class B is used for medium and high-speed cigarette making machines, with a speed of 6000-9000 cigarettes/min, to produce mid-range cigarettes.
Class C is used for low-speed cigarette making machines with a speed of 2000-6000 cigarettes/min to produce low-grade cigarettes.
